Baby moments

How often should I feel my baby move? I know by 28weeks it’s 6-10 movements every 2 hours however now that I’m 2 days away from being 36 weeks I feel like I haven’t felt my baby move as much as days goes on. This is a rainbow baby so naturally I’m extremely nervous about losing him so close to the end. I’m 4’10 and before pregnancy my torso was the size of my hand so maybe just not enough room for him?

You’ll start to feel less movements the further along you get because baby is running out of room but try drinking something really cold or eating something sweet babies usually will move from that but if you’re really worried then go get checked for a peace of mind

The way the movement feels can change as baby's space gets tight, but you should definitely still feel something. If you're not getting any type of kicking or rolling then don't hesitate to call or go right in

I don’t think 10 moves every 2 hours is accurate. as long as the baby is moving during the day and it’s normal cycle. I wouldn’t worry

I am also small and my ultrasound tech said baby has no room left lol as long as you feel baby move thru out the day whether it's kicks or position changes etc you're ok if u need drink something with caffeine or that is cold with sugar. Maybe play with ur belly a little. I know my baby loooves water already and she's not even here bc when I shower or go swim she freaks out so you could try hopping in the shower and letting the water hit ur tummy too

Drink a shit ton of water and when you’re stationary, he’ll move a lot. When you’re walking around and doing things, you’re basically lulling them to sleep.
