I chose Frimley and had a lovely experience from start to finish :) xx

May I ask you when you had your baby and if you were able to have your partner with you and was able to have close family to visit you?

I've been at St Peters with all 3 of my boys. Never had any problem. All apart from my second who was lockdown visitors were able to visit. X

I had my LO at frimley. Partners can come with you to all appointments. They are allowed in the antenatal ward and post natal ward until 9 pm but then have to go home. You can have up to two people with you in the labour ward.

I had my baby in June, I was induced to my partner was with me 9-9 until active labour became, you can have 2birth partners and all visiting hours are 9-9 although you can only have 2 visitors at the time and unfortunately the dads do count as visitors so realistically only one person at a time if that makes sense - any other questions feel free to give me a message! X

omg! Thank you

Thank you all

St Peter’s has got quite a bit of stick recently, but I went in to be induced on the 22nd may and my partner was with me the whole time.
Then when I went down to the ward after my little one was born I was kept in for 3 nights and my partner was able to be with me from 9am-9pm and I was allowed one other visitor. I thought I was looked after and had no problems.
I was tempted to change hospitals during my pregnancy when I heard the bad info about them and them failing checks, but ended up not changing in the end
And I think we did ok hehe / it’s a hard choice to make and completely up to you to make the decision on what you think is best x

thank you for sharing your experience. I am struggling to make a decision so every insight is appreciated

Frimley 100% , I had my son there was great. Check out the CQC ratings (I think that’s what they’re called)

I had my little one at St Peter’s and can’t fault the staff… I was admitted as an in patient at 30 weeks due to complications, had my baby at 33 weeks with an emergency c-section. I then spent a couple of days in hospital post c-section and my little one spent 19 days in NICU - the whole time I was there I felt like part of the family and was really looked after, cared for and honestly the staff made a crap situation bearable
