I’d say Barclays or Halifax cause their security is TIGHT. I started with Barclays when I was young my mum opened it for me and I transferred to Halifax when I was about 19

Halifax has good interest rates on kids savers accounts.
Some banks don't let you open accounts until they are older either when I looked online x

We have a Halifax one we put £100 in a month for her

Do they start from one year? Barclays I checked starts from 11years 😢

Open a junior stocks and shares ISA with vanguard :)

Investment ISA

I rang Halifax and they said we couldn't open one? Weird!!

I’ve got a childsavers account with Barclays. It was so easy to open you book an online appointment and show the birth certificate up to the screen. The lady was so useful as well as she opened up some other savings accounts for me as my saving account had only 0.05% interest so she moved me to a 3% one and a 5% one! Felt so stupid being on that low interest one - I hadn’t checked! Think the child saver one is 2.5% or something

We had a Nationwide for my eldest (2yo) & went to open one for baby and they had stopped doing them for under 10yo!!🤯🫠So we moved both kids to Halifax, they’ve been fantastic.

@Rebecca https://www.halifax.co.uk/savings/kids/kids-monthly-saver.html this is what we've got. We opened it online, I think the only iffy part was getting a good enough picture of the birth certificate for them to see/verify. Good luck! X

I've opened a children's isa with foresters financial

I have a Children's isa with tesco its fab!

Halifax
