Sharp Pains

Im about 5w+5 and I’m concerned.
I’m having super sharp pains in my abdomen randomly
Sometimes it’s my whole abdomen and sometimes it’s only on one side
Is this normal?
I have had no spotting or bleeding and it happens randomly so I’m not sure if I should be concerned or not
I’ve been able to handle it but last night it woke me up the pain it was so intense for a few minutes then went away

Have you gone in for your first sonogram? I was getting cramping early on and they told me as long as there’s no bleeding I was good but it was after they looked to make sure the pregnancy was in the right spot.

Cramping is normal during the early stages and all throughout, implantation and your uterus expanding.. sometimes gas is also the reason for cramping. If you’re really concerned I’d call my doctor or go visit them.

This happened to me. It felt like menstrual cramps

I haven’t had a doctor appt yet
My first nurse appointment is on sept 20 and my doctors visit isn’t until October 10

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Little girl turning herself sideways in next to me

My little girl tonight, has spun herself so she is lying sideways in her next to me, making me panic!

Is this normal at 4.5 months, do I just lie her back normally/vertically?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Ways to induce labor naturally

Hi All! FTM, Entering week 40 and no signs of labor, no dilation yet. Please share tips and ways to induce natural labor. Induction is already scheduled on week 41 but don’t want to go through that process.

Caffeine addiction suuucks. (Coffee)

I'm off of literally everything. Don't smoke, no medicine, don't drink except VERY rare occasion, nothing. I drink a large coffee everyday (usually mcdonalds or 7 brew)... or a couple cups of coffee at home if I don't get out. Today I had neither and I was OUT FOR THE COUNT. Awful headache, no motivation, throwing up. Then I drink coffee and it's instantly better. 🙃 coffee is one hell of a drug I tell ya.

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?
