I’ve only been tracking for 8 days and yesterday I had my first all green day ♥️
Today I had a seeded sandwich for lunch and it shot up and this morning I was one over 💔
Is that going to effect her 😭 I’m worried sick every time i eat now.
Obvs need to stay away from bed now or just have one slice 🙌🏼

Are you eating snacks as well. It’s about cutting back carbs and putting more veg and protein into your diet. Eating 3 meals and 3 snacks should help.

Please don’t worry, it’s ok to occasionally have a high level. If it persists, as Humera mentioned, they will call you especially as you’re logging it on the app. Did you have a chance to speak to the nutritionist about meal ideas when you were set up with your equipment? If you’re worried, request a call back on the app. I had GD throughout my pregnancy and sometimes the same meal at a different time of the day would give me a higher level.

Honestly they are fine, i had a couple of high ones and they said as long as it doesn’t go into double figures it was ok, i just didn’t eat whatever sent them high again, mine was weetabix and semi skimmed milk, went to 9.3 when i tried that for breakfast and baked beans,
