Big blood cloth 7 days after birth
Apologies for the disgusting picture! I’m 7 days post partum and I just passed this big jelly blood cloth. No pain and no foul smell.
I called triage and the midwife said not to worry if it’s just one. To call again if it’s more than one.
Has any of you had this before? Did it turn out to be fine?

Yeah it happens to me midwife said it’s fine not to worry
I was still in hospital and they had me saving all my clots to show the nurses, they were all bigger than this, and I had multiple a day for the first 10 days, they really weren't that concerned 🙄
I think as long as actual bleeding doesn't increase there happy. Alot of these clots are just blood that has congealed in the cervix before being passed, especially of you have been sat or lay for a long period of time
