Belly grazed/cut and sore
I had an emergency c section around 4 weeks ago. Since week 2, my belly underneath my belly button but above the stitching has been sore and is all grazed now (almost like a really bad carpet burn). Has anyone else experienced this or know the cause? I'm not sure what to do to heal it, and it can be so sore and tender (even more than the stitching itself!)

I have this too! That’s what’s more painful for me, rather than the scar. I’m 3.5 weeks pp. I think it’s nerve damage but it’s likely to settle with time. I keep touching that area gently to help stimulate it (even though it’s painful!). Using different textures on it is supposed to help as well
I had this, I think it’s because of the heat. I cleaned and dried the area and put some sudocrem in it - it was better within hours x
