5-6 weeks

Good morning.
First time pregnancy, have had extreme cramps and woken with bleeding. Any one else experiencing this, and at what point do I need to get checked out?
First bit of anxiety I've got so far, known I've been positive for about two weeks.

I experienced this at 7weeks. Was also scared lol. Just ring the early pregnancy unit and explain to them. You'll be fine :)

I’ve just woken up and had the same thing😞 I’ve previously had a miscarriage so I feel so anxious rn. The earliest appointment they had was for Thursday, but I really can’t wait that long not sure what to do😭

Thanks all. Day 2 & bleeding is rather heavy with parts of cramping. I've not even been acknowledged by the midwife etc yet so not entirely sure the best way to go about it. A lot online says they may just say to wait it out as I'm so early?

If you bleed and soak up more than one pad in an hour then you should go a&e. That’s what I experienced with my first miscarriage started off light bleeding then got really heavy with clots had to go a&e. Hopefully it’s not a miscarriage, wish you the best. Im currently experiencing another miscarriage, my bleeding got a bit heavier with a few clots.. but will confirm on Thursday at my appointment if it is that😣

go to the emergency unit. And tell them whats happening. U can even act like you're having serious cramps. They'll attend to u. All the best❤️

even if you have appointments on Thursday, u can go there today and tell them you're having cramps. They'll definitely attend to you.

I've got an app for tomorrow morning but my gp was very much longer, this is an early loss. The bleeding is much lighter now and no real cramps. But, no pregnancy symptoms either. We will see tomorrow X

How did everything go? Did you manage to see someone? X

Ah so sorry to hear that! I pray you get your rainbow baby soon❤️ I’m doing alright thanks, just waiting for my appointment tomorrow but I’m quite certain it’s a miscarriage. Just trying to stay strong x

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!

Owlet

Anyone else’s owlet pi##ing them off ?!?! It goes off 5/6 a night saying it can’t get a reading and needs a snug fit. My baby is 8 months old so moves a lot. It is driving me insane and I keep end up taking it off!!
