Umbilical hernia
Had my first child and I have an umbilical hernia. It’s been about nine months and I got the little small bump where my belly button is. Is this something that can only be fixed through surgery? please tell me there’s another way.

I’m not sure there’s a way to fix it other than surgery. It does get less obvious over time though. I’ve had mine for 15 years.

did you have more children with the hernia?
Yes. I’ve had another baby after the hernia. Didn’t cause any issues
