Pitting edema at 39 weeks?

Have not experienced swelling until the last week with the heat wave , but today have noticed lower legs and feet are so swollen there is slight pitting when pressed?
Is this to be expected at 39weeks in this heat? I didn’t have it with my first.
Have had no issues with blood pressure or urine throughout my entire pregnancy & no other symptoms that are concerning.

Any swelling that doesn't relieve when you put your feet up needs to be assessed x

I have had my lower legs a bit swollen and blotchy and feel bruised to touch. I was going to mention it at my midwife appointment this week as it hasn't gone down.

My midwife told me its the heat. No high blood pressure or any other issues with me so far. But best ask your midwife

Thanks guys , the swelling did go down overnight but will keep an eye on it again today 🤞🏼

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !
