What does a wic interview look like or what questions do they ask/need? I’m a stay at home mom and not married. My issue is he makes to much money for me to put him down as a source of income but formula and baby food is starting to add up.. would they know if I maybe said I’m living at a friends and put something else? I know that’s not honest and maybe I shouldn’t even apply for wic but it would be nice to not spend $50 every week on formula.. thanks for any help or advice in advance

That would be fraud. I don’t recommend doing it. I agree that spending $50 per week on formula sucks but that’s what we signed up for. If you get caught you would have to pay money back.

I mean technically they don’t care who you live with and they don’t check to verify that but they do check the household income but If your pregnant I believe you automatically get approved in certain states. I don’t know what your monthly income or where your from but we had 6,000 month from my husband and still got approved so I would say to try anyway it doesn’t hurt 🙂the worst they can say is no. But I will say if your baby is over 6 months it’s 7 cans of milk a month so you may still have to buy additional cans on the side but it’s better than nothing ! Hope you get approved !
thank you that actually makes me feel better cause that’s about how much he’s brining in… any cans will help lol I just feel like I’m burning holes cause he wastes a lot too lol. Thank you!!

If you use Enfamil or Similac, sign up for their rewards program. Similac gives me $15 coupons all the time. It certainly helps with the formula bills
I actually have signed up for them and I only got coupons before he was born😕 I’m not sure what I need to do to keep getting them cause they were nice when I had them
