If anyone is still awake, my little one is tired but will not sleep as he’s so hot and sweaty. Bless him, his hair is wet from sweat and his room is about 30 degrees 🥺 the windows are open all day, blinds & curtains shut but the sun sits on the room from morning until night so it still gets extremely hot. I have the fan on the highest it can go but the room is just unbearable even for me sitting here. What can I do? 😅😅

I’m in the exact same position !!! Downstairs is just about bearable but soon as you come upstairs you can feel the heat hit you half way up the stairs and it’s uncomfortably hot. I’m currently sat here with my little girl both with basically nothing on with the fan right next to bed with her watching Mickey Mouse until she falls asleep , my partner went away last night for work and is away now for 4 weeks so whenever it’s this hot at night I’m just going to be co sleeping with her and the fan right next to us on top of the duvet xxx

yes that’s exactly how it is for us and he’s so moany bless him because he wants to sleep but can’t 🥺we are also going through teething oh god, it’s not fun is it haha xx

I am not sure if it will help anyone else but I have taken my little one on a walk. Carried him round and have been able to get him cool enough to sleep. I hope you find something that helps your little ones too ❤️

Buy a portable air conditioner. It takes space at home and maybe will only be used a few days during the year, but just in these days, it saved my life. 😂

It's horrible isn't it. I would say to shut the windows in the day when it's really hot outside, then open them all when it gets cooler in the evening. Otherwise hot air is just coming inside

We’ve been setting up a travel cot in the lounge, where it’s cooler through these horrid few nights. Our upstairs is a 30 degree furnace but it’s about 25 downstairs so much easier to settle him, thankfully.

I guess that makes sense, I thought opening them would help as the room is so hot anyway 😆 guess I should try closed instead

that’s a good idea
