My baby is 4 months old and she’s starting to consistently wake up at 5:30am everyday. She’s a great sleeper and we usually sleep till 6:15/6:30am. We try to see if she will settle herself but eventually she starts screaming and crying. We change her diaper and calm her and then she falls back to sleep in my arms. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you get through it?

My baby is the same way. 5:45 rolls around, and we want to be up! We usually just get up with him, and then he goes back to sleep after maybe 30 minutes for maybe an hour... we tried going to bed later... that just made him cranky... haha. We have about decided we have an early bird!

This is us! Unfortunately during the work week bedtime is 7-8pm & wake up is 5-6am. When the weekend comes even when we try to push bedtime back by an hour or 2, so we can sleep in a little more in the morning, our little guy still wakes up at 5 or so regardless 😬
Our days are just extra productive being up so early now 🤣

I have read this can be due to needing an early bedtime, or getting too much or not enough naps , few others things too, I’m struggling as well but found this article, I think my little guy is doing it because of gas though, sometimes if I give him gripe water gel in a binky he will sleep another 20-40min

I wish my baby slept through the night and woke up at 5 something!! We're up every 3 hours almost on the dot over here..... gets his bottle, diaper change and goes back to sleep another 3 hours....
Problem is, I don't go back to sleep easily. Help!

my baby just stared sleeping through the night mostly on his own but one thing you can try is don’t automatically take them out of the crib , try soothing them back to sleep when they wake up first in the crib with a pacifier or rocking them with your hand and if it doesn’t work after a bit then pick them and try to soothe , goal being to get them used to go another 10-30 min without feeding then maybe an hr and eventually they will get it ,and make sure they are fed very well during the day

Same, he wakes around 5. I work at 6am so it's perfect. I can usually get him back down by 5:30 after he nurses then wakes at 7 for daddy to watch him. On the mornings I don't work we go on a jog and he falls asleep in the stroller and usually will sleep until 7.
