Bleeding

Is anyone else struggling with bleeding?

I stopped bleeding 3 week pp and then I had the Depo injection 8 weeks pp, I have bled constantly since 11 weeks pp and had small blood clots too.

I had an X-ray 12 weeks pp on my ovaries and uterus and was told I was fine however I have not stopped bleeding

It isn’t spotting it’s like an actual period however there is no signs of it stopping anytime soon.

I bled constantly on the depo shot once it ‘kicked in’, it lasted till I had it removed for me which was months bc they kept telling me it would settle

I'm the same, since being put on the pill I haven't stopped bleeding, it's been 8 weeks. Scans and everything come back fine so they are trying me on a different pill. The bleeding is a lot and I have pain with it too x

It’s awful, I’m not going to get another shot, I only went on it because I was completely fine when I was on it last time :(

Makes you worry doesn’t it it’s keeping me awake at night, do you get pain if you lie down at night and bend your legs up? My pelvis hurts but I seem ok during the day it’s strange

It does, I'm constantly in pain tbh. Sometimes i curl up in a ball at night as it hurts so much, then when I'm getting really bad pain I'm worried little one's going to wake up and I'll be in too much pain to pick her up. The doctors don't seem to care though they just keep saying your bodies changing it'll get better by the time shes 1 x

I’m so sorry you’re going through this I feel for you, have they checked for infection or anything?

Are you breastfeeding? I’m breastfeeding and sometimes I wonder if it’s that but from what I’ve read breastfeeding seems to stop bleeding more than encourage it 🥹

My PP bleeding stopped 3 weeks ago, my period arrived a few days ago. I had a depo too, wish I hadn't.

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!

Owlet

Anyone else’s owlet pi##ing them off ?!?! It goes off 5/6 a night saying it can’t get a reading and needs a snug fit. My baby is 8 months old so moves a lot. It is driving me insane and I keep end up taking it off!!
