20+2 today and still no movement… anyone else? I have an at home Doppler and the baby’s heart rate has been going strong - pretty sure he’s hanging out low in my pelvis. Still I’m just anxious to feel those flutters!

I didn’t feel solid movement I knew was baby until about 22 weeks because I have an anterior facing placenta which they say is totally normal as it acts like a cushion

do you know if you have an anterior or posterior placenta? My doctor told me that women with an anterior placenta usually can't feel the baby until much later in pregnancy because the placenta is a buffer between the baby and the wall of your uterus.

I don’t know yet! It seems kinda weird to me but I had an ultrasound at 9 and 11 weeks and then not another one til 20 😕 so I should know this week

That’s normal I didn’t start feeling movement until 22:23 weeks and I’m 24 weeks now

Yeah that seems unusual. My doctor told me when I had the scan that goes with the NIPT. Mine is posterior, and I've been feeling him off and on since about 16 weeks.

Its normal not to feel until like 24 weeks it could also be longer if you have an anterior placenta as long as the baby heartbeat is ok you guys are good
