What do you do about leaking at night? It's so uncomfortable wearing a bra so I try to go bra free but I just leak all the time! Especially as my little one has longer stretches of sleep at 4-5 hours during the night. It's honestly becoming a total nightmare to manage as my bedding just keeps getting wet and it by bloody sucks š¤£

I never used to wear a bra but Iāve found these maternity bras on Amazon which are actually really comfy and I just use them for nighttime so I can wear breast pads

I started wearing a bra to sleep because of night time leakage (never used to before). Found these which I find are very comfy and wear them with reusable breast pads.

I wear a tight ish crop top and just stick breast pads in ! Not full proof but Iād rather be comfortable

Also once your baby gets into a pattern of sleeping that long more regularly you shouldnāt leak as much ! Iāve just gone through this stage

The Medela keep cool sleep bra is great. I wear that with reusable cotton pads

I wear a nursing vest the ones with that support bad so that can hold a breast pad. Mostly I require two pads per boob in the night though to catch myself at all angles

I wear a crop top rather than a bra and use reusable pads

If you get a tight/form fitted vest top, you can pop the breast pads directly onto it. I'm quite larger chested and it works for me if I'm not moving around much, so I save it for the nights I'm really tired and just can't bear the thought of a bra overnight

Same as most people said, night time nursing bra and reusable pads. You can find plenty on Vinted still new with tags (Tu from Sainsbury had a very soft model) and cotton breast pads from Boots. Also I found that it helps to use a silicone pump (like a haakaa but most brands make one now) when having the first feed on the breast you're not using so that you can release some of the milk straight away. Another thing that helped me was to pump a bit last thing at night so that it would take a bit longer to fill up again š
