This is a good question I’m interested in hearing others responses to.
We have dinner around 6:30, bath around 7:30 and asleep around 8:30! Between 2-3 hours from dinner to bed. (There is also 6oz of milk offered before bedtime around 8pm!)

Dinner at 5
Shower at 615
Snuggles and 6-8 oz of milk at 630.
Bed at 7.

So 2 hours.

Dinner about 6, bath and bedtime routine at 7 then asleep by 8. He does get a 4oz bottle before bed. Sleeps 8pm-7am typically sometimes with one wakeup for a bottle.

Dinner 5 (honestly sometimes 430)
Bedtime 730

Our dinner time is pretty flexible. We shoot for 6ish, but it honestly could be anywhere from 5:30-7. There have been a couple times where we have finished dinner and started night routine within a half hour .. which means he was falling asleep about an hour after dinner finished.
I haven't seen anything correlation between dinner time and sleep interruptions. Have seen a lot of weather and sleep changes though.

Gosh we usually eat pretty late- 7:00 or 7:30. My son eats a lot while I prep, then we all sit down together and eat. Then usually straight to bedtime routine-my husband does his teeth, diaper, pajamas (bath every few days) and some play or Raffi songs. I nurse him to sleep all within an hour of finishing dinner

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
