I don’t want to give you false hope but i had bleeding like this with my last pregnancy, baby is 3 months old but I didn’t have cramping, some people do with SCH’s though.

Thanks ladies. Unfortunately I think the contraction pain and the pure volume of the initial gush of blood that came out alongside this screams miscarriage to me 😭. I was supposed to have an 8 week Appt on Friday but seeing if I can get it pushed up to today so I can officially stop medications.

So apparently I have a SCH and that was just a clot but apparently the SCH is a massive one. So while I still have a heartbeat, the fetal pole is now measuring 4 days behind and things don’t look too promising.

I spotted more bright red blood yesterday but it stopped again. My abdomen has been super tight. I have no idea if there’s still a heartbeat in there but my resting heart rate has gone from being a consistent 55 (pregnancy) back to 50 (pre-pregnancy) for the past couple of days so I don’t think that’s a great sign. My follow up isn’t until Tuesday to see where things are at. This is the worst feeling.
