Reduced Movements

The CTG transducer sends ultrasound waves through the amniotic fluid and echoes baby’s heartbeat, so they start moving because they can hear themselves! Totally normal - I’m a midwife and I felt like I was being shown up by my own baby! 🙈😂x

Yes, they said it’s absolutely normal can also be down to the sounds aswell while being in there, I’ve been in 3 times from RM and they’d rather be go knowing everything is all good than not

Yup. With both my pregnancies. Please don’t feel like you are overreacting, this is your baby and main focus. Your life is focused on them forever now. It’s completely normal ❤️

i went in and felt foolish (4 hours no movement) as soon as i’m there he’s kicking and having a great time but it made me so anxious im glad i went. if you didn’t go and something happened you would not be able to deal so don’t overthink it or feel silly.

Yes . At least 3 times with my 1st and I think twice with my 2nd.

I’ve been six (I think?) times? I’ve been so much they asked for an extra scan to check on fluids. I’m just an anxious person so if I don’t feel her move for a few hours or if she moves less in general throughout the day, I go in.
