Should I be worried?

3 month old babies don't poop every single day. My daughter sure doesn't haha! A swipe of watermelon over his lips shouldn't cause him not to poop 💩 you didn't mess up ❤️

So my girl went an entire week without pooping! She is breastfed. Dr said it can be normal, she is probably just taking up all of the nutrients from the milk. She is back to pooping like normal, which has gone down drastically. Her normal before was like 4-5 times a day, but now is 1-2x per day. Call your dr if you need to, but it’s perfectly normal! Of course if he starts to show signs of discomfort I’d def call your doc. (Ps, I don’t think swiping the watermelon on his lip caused this, just my opinion, not a dr :) )

It's ok, it's not the watermelon. Mine generally poops every day but sometimes misses a day and then has a double dose of poop the next day, beware 😂😂😂

Even if their norm is every day missing 1 day isn’t to worry at all. Just like us. Even if we are regular everyday and don’t go one day we wouldn’t really think much of it.

Don’t think a swipe on the lips will make him constipated. It’s quite normal for them to not poo everyday.

@Jennifer when did it change? My baby still poops 4-5 times a day

my sons ped said not to worry unless it’s more than like 3 days 😂

and even then it’s not a huge “worry” lol

she was about 11 weeks when it changed

If he’s breastfed they can go days without pooping and it not being a problem
