This can be very normal at this age, but it is really hard. As long as you’ve made sure her needs are met (fed, diaper changed, etc.), try the 5 s’s (can look up video for this but it’s sidelying, shushing, swaying, swaddling, sucking - https://www.happiestbaby.com/blogs/baby/the-5-s-s-for-soothing-babies
You can also try to push her bedtime later to see if she needs to build up for sleep debt.
I’d just put her in the Carrier (check out Facebook group San Diego Carries - they do meetups to help with carrier fittings), put on Bluetooth headphones with a good movie on to drown out her cries and bounce her while you watch a movie or something. Research shows that even if baby is screaming in your arms, her blood pressure is still regulated by being held by you.
Don’t worry about developing bad habits. Babies need lots of help to fall asleep at this age. Good luck!!

Hi my name is Val and Carolyn is right it is completely normal just make sure that her Diaper is changed cause that may be what's keeping her up , or it could even be Diaper rash, it could be that she is hungry, it also could be the temperature of the air and or it could be her trying to let you know that she just wants to be held ect. There are a lot of things that can lead to a child screaming herself to sleep. On thing I love to do and that helps is to give my Twins a Bath and then Put white Noise for babies or even some Dramatic Fantasy Piano music I will send you the link to both and it helps my daughters instantly fall asleep.

You got this mamma Bear ❤️

What time is she waking from her last nap and what time are you aiming to put her asleep? (How long is her last wake window?).
She could be overtired. My little one goes from ok to banshee really quickly if he’s awake too long at the end of the day. Sometimes he can’t even do the full expected window and will be ready for night sleep after only an hour of being awake.

My daughters would fall asleep and wake up on there own but when they do it's just to eat and get changed before going back to sleep. But now they are 5 months and when they were 4 months they started sleeping throughout the day and now they have mastered the balance of Nap time during the day and then going to bed around 6-7 p.m. till 8 or 9 in the morning and just adding the White Noise and Piano music track definitely helped out a lot along the way leasing is to this point

My baby had lip and tongue ties that I missed earlier

My son is also 3 months old nd is about to be 4 months on the 24th nd loves trying to stay up late so he cries nd screams nd kicks nd if ion pick him up he gets even louder but usually wat I do I try keeping him awake throughout the day to make him tired when I’m usually tired or I’d get my heating pad keep it on a low setting nd lay him on it nd let him cry for a few mins then pick him up nd rock him nd bounce him to sleep works like a charm usually but I also learned that it’s ok to let the baby cry for awhile b4 going to sleep bcuz sometimes they need to

Try putting baby to sleep earlier! Once they get overstimulated it’s harder to put them to sleep. Follow baby wake windows- if you need to to explain more, connect with me on IG @latinalifecoach
