My boy has always been a pretty good sleeper. He had normally slept from 7.30 to 6 since he was a few months old. Well apparently he no longer enjoys a full nights sleep so his wake up times have been getting earlier and earlier since he started teething. He set a new record last night and woke up at 3.50. I used to be able to get him back to sleep but now nothing works besides putting him in bed with me, which I don't want to become a habit but it's beginning to turn into one.
Any ideas on what I could do? It seems I got too lucky when he was a baby so now I'm paying for it lol. TIA!

No advice but my daughter who doesnt sleep through yet and usually wakes up anywhere between 2-4am. I used to have enough energy to nurse her and put her back to her cot and she sleeps through till 7ish. Now at almost 12months, im cosleeping with her from 3ish till 7am so we both can have extra rest. I know and im dreading about the separation anxiety but for my sanity, this is all i can do for now. 😊

I'm doing the exact same thing. But he's gotten too heavy and wriggly for my back to handle so I haven't even nursed him to sleep for months so I haven't even considered that an option. A bit of bonjela used to do the trick, then panadol but not anymore. Once he's in bed with me he will happily go back to sleep. But the first few times I put him with me, he would grab my face, pull my hair, shove his Dummy in my face and kick me for ages 😂🫠
