Teats

My lo is 6 months on Thursday and still on size 1 with no issues!

We stayed on size 1 too, mainly because I was told it would be best for breastfed babies to have a slow flow teat. I've only just offered a bottle with size 2 this week actually! She is happy to take size 1 or 2! X

As long as they aren't falling asleep on the bottle, finishing a bottle between 10-20 minutes if over 6 months(3-6 months 15-30mins) not gulping when swallowing, dribbling, no red ring around the lips while sucking etc.. they should be alright to stay on size 1. If breastfeeding they say to use a slower flow so they have to work harder for it from the bottle.
My boy was swapped onto size 2 at 8 weeks.

Still on size 1 - tried size two and he could not take it. He is bf 98 per cent of the time
