I was told not to count specifically. It’s more about identifying active times for your baby. Yours could be 10 or 40 kicks a day.. just start to become more aware from 25 weeks 😌

With an app, downloaded on Apple Store and recorded when they happen, is called kick counter

The recommendation is not to count kicks any more. Every baby is different and some will naturally be more active than others. If there is a change in what is normal for your baby then you should contact someone.

Definitely more about recognising patterns rather than counting kicks. Any deviations from your baby’s regular pattern always always ring the maternity unit for reassurance x
