Eating meat

My LO loves chicken and fish but red meats are a not a favourite for her. I just top up with lentils for iron.

Yep my little one spits out chicken every time. The only way I’ve managed to get him to eat it is if it’s been slow cooked all day (so is basically mush!!). I guess it’s just an usual texture?

My boy likes soft food still isn’t a fan of textures he’s always been fussy with food doesn’t like meat at all unless it’s really really soft and in with something like mashed potatoes or carrots x
