So it seems since I hit the 21 week mark I can’t get a full nights sleep. I literally wake up at 2,3,4 in the morning and cannot get back to sleep or if I do I am waking up every hour. I don’t need the bathroom I am just waking up and struggling to get back off. Anyone else all of a sudden struggling with sleep at night?

This started with me two nights ago and I’m drained I already go to bed early but I’m constantly tossing and turning but because I’m in pain it really doesn’t help. I can’t get comfortable I tried to not use my pregnancy pillow last night thinking maybe it was that but I’ve woke up worse.
I just want good sleep 😴

I’ve been struggling with this for the past week too and I’m currently 20 weeks. It’s a nightmare isn’t it😩😩

Yep, 21 weeks here too and am so exhausted its unreal, I dont remember it starting this early with my first but not sure if ive just ive mentally blocked it out! I am literally dead on my feet at work, sympathies to everyone else struggling!

I'm 24 weeks and I've not slept through the night since 20 weeks... probably not what you want to hear, but getting back to sleep does get easier, I'm only awake for 2-3 minutes now, rather than 20-40 as before z

I’m going through the same. I’m currently 22 weeks. According to the Flo app around this time the hormonal changes make it difficult to sleep. I guess it’s nature training you to sleepless nights

Honestly same.. 😔 I'm shattered. I'm 21 weeks and I keep waking up in the early hours and then struggle to get comfy and go back to sleep. Fingers crossed it won't last long but who knows. Pregnancy is crazy!

I’ve been like this for months, up pretty much every hour for a wee and then usually at 4 I’m just awake for the day. Then I’m absolutely knackered by 8am when my son wakes up. It’s horrible! I don’t know if it’s our body preparing for night feeds or something but it’s not ideal!
I usually try and listen to a podcast or a boring audiobook to try and drift back off but my mind usually just starts racing and end up getting up to make a coffee 🥴

Yesss and it’s really affecting my cognitive abilities 😅
