Greenish discharge

Hi everyone, I am seeing this greenish discharge on everyday basis . My GP has said it’s a thrush but to me it does not look like a thrush. And I am using the recommended cream. However, it’s not helping.I am in my second trimester, 21 weeks. Have you ladies experienced/ing something like this ? Is it normal? Please help, I am really worried.

If I were you I'd call the midwife/ hospital and go to hospital to check that everything is fine.

Sounds like a trichomonas or gardnerella infection. Thrush cream won’t work! Speak to the midwife/hospital and get the right meds. I had it as a teenager but it’s super easily cured. xx

Do you take vitamins? It might make it look a yellow/greenish colour :) did they get a swab test?

Avatar

I take iron tablets but not vitamins. They did not do a swab test. Just a telephone consultation and recommended thrush cream.

Trush cream wont solve the discharge just the iritation on outside maybe. Go and have a swab, to make sure its trush and get treatment. Also your partner might get it if its trush, so he might need treatment as well so you wont pass it one to another

Could also be bacteria vaginosis, I suffered with it and used to get green discharge all the time, but i had it previously before pregnancy 😪 it was horrible. You get medication from any chemist or boots, superdrug

Mama needs new friends ✨

Hey mamas 🤍 I'm going to be honest — I'm at a season in my life where I'm craving real, genuine friendship. The kind where we actually check on each other. Where conversations go both ways. Where we can laugh, vent, cry, and just *be* without it feeling one-sided.

I'm a stay at home mom of 6 (yes, 6! 👏🏼) and my days are full but my cup feels a little empty in the friendship department. I'm looking for women who get it — the chaos, the beauty, the exhaustion, all of it.

If you're a mom who values deep, reciprocal friendship and you're also out here looking for your people — drop a 👋 below. Let's actually get to know each other. 🤍

Leaving your baby

Has anyone else not left their baby to be looked after by someone else (not dad) yet? I still don't feel ready but am being told I should be by now

Random but when you use a vibrator do you need to hold your lips open for it to touch the bean ?

It gets annoying because even if I open my legs I still need to hold the lips open to touch the bean and I have to do it the entire time my lips are literally sealed closed 🤣
