Really embarrassing!
I'm a first time mummy at 35, she's 16 month and everytime I sneeze or cough I lose control of my bladder and pee a little ๐, I've had countless utis since having her aswell! Will it get better? Or do I need to invest in panty liners? ๐

Have you tried pelvic floor therapy?

Pelvic floor exercises daily! My bladder was annoying before birth and it became worse post partum but the exercises help and itโs improving

Check with your insurance to do pelvic floor therapy or at least check out all the videos with pelvic floor therapy exercises on YouTube. I sneezed and peed myself once and I started doing them asap and I havenโt had that problem again.

I'm 36 years old and my mom still pees some when she coughs or sneezes.
Definitely try pelvic floor therapy
Thought was pointless doing it after baby born! I was doing it before having her but didn't think had to so it after birth

You need to invest in pelvic floor physical therapy
GetMomStrong is a great at home program specifically designed for postpartum bodies

I didnโt see a PT I just did mat core workouts at home following YT tutorials and not only did my PF become strong again my core became toned and snatched and my hourglass came back. Iโve had 3 vaginal babies and can jump on my boysโ trampoline now without leaking. A mini trampoline (or get a bigger one for the 16m if you have space) is a good way to work the PF muscles indirectly w small lil core-activated jumps.

Pelvic floor exercises and if you are drinking too much caffeine, cut it back
Iโve never peed myself but I went to pelvic floor therapy so it wouldnโt ever become an issue
