Unswaddle? 5 week old

The past few nights my son has been ending up crocked in his crib. He isn’t crying to the point he ends up there because I hear every noise that comes from him and his room. I took his hands out of the swaddle just incase he was trying to roll but he still ended up crocked. Can someone tell me why? Does anyone else’s baby do this? and should i be worried???

I'm following so I can understand how this is even possible 😂 How the hell does a baby move like that when their arms are strapped down!?

he is such a strong baby 🤣 i always call him my little worm when hes in his swaddle.. i didn’t mean for him to actually act on it lol. i dont even know what to do lol

My son is also five weeks and does this same thing while swaddled. He rolls side to side but can't roll onto his tummy yet. Your baby might just be a wiggly boy.

im glad someone has a wiggle baby too lol, just anxious hes gonna like somehow roll over onto his belly ughhh

My baby moves sideways too! He is also just about 5 weeks. I either don’t swaddle or swaddle with arms out at this point because he is a wiggler!!

My guy is a very active sleeper and kicks around so much. He’s never right where I put him either. I’m still swaddling bc he’s not trying to roll yet (7 weeks)

They're surprising us with new things everyday! You're in trouble when he starts crawling 😂 I recommend the Sense U baby sensor that you clip on their diaper. It's $150 but it alerts you if baby flips on their stomach. It's a little bit of a pain in the butt, but gives you peace of mind. Also monitors breathing and their temperature

i got the love to dream swaddle where his hands can be covered and he has the sense of being swaddles but is able to soothe himself with his hands. i think he is trying to break out of the swaddle and moves around doing it lol so lets see if it works!!

i wanted that owlet sock but god is it expensive! i will looked into that one thank you!!

My girl does this too!! I call her a wiggle worm also she can scoot herself so far so fast and has been doing it since a few days old! 😳

My baby just wiggles around a lot and ends up repositioning herself all the time. I stopped swaddling her for bed mostly because she just doesn’t like being constricted like that

I have a wiggley baby also. She rolls to her side when sleeping in her swaddle. She also loves her hands so she takes them out. She safe in the bassinet, but I make sure she don’t roll too much to the edge

I don’t swaddle. And sometimes use a sleep sack. My baby does this too. I do notice her moving sometimes and she seems uncomfortable. I think it might be gas.

Sleeping bag

8 week old in sleeping bag for first time as big enough! Do you feed your child in the night whilst in the sleeping bag or taken them out, feed then transfer back to sleeping bag before putting down?

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

Not drinking

I’m going crazy. Baby born at 2.26kg. Slow to put on weight. This last week hasn’t put on any. Been trying to feed him at night and he’s not interested at all. Fast asleep. During day he will have 5 minute gulps and that’s it. He don’t cry for milk. I’ve got to keep offering to him. I try to offer it every hour but I don’t know what I’m doing. HV said nutrition comes after 5 minutes so I should pump first and then give him. I find it so hard. I tried to pump one boob nothing came. The other abit came. Tried giving him express he’s not interested in that too. Sometimes he will go for a longer a feed but not long at all. He’s 4 months and is currently 5.46kg. I have no family or friend support here and wish I had a cook, cleaner and nanny to help with everything so I can concentrate on the little one. I don’t know what’s wrong with him but I’m loosing it. It doesn’t help that my also stressed generally about my relationship and life circumstances. Any advice that will work. Any comfort you can give. I’m fed up. Is this regression - not feeding. He’s fast fast asleep. I’ve been trying to push the nipple in but that mouth is closed shut. I took some clothes off. Changed his nappy but he’s still asleep. Please help

Am I wrong?

I’ve been wanting to add more garden beds to my garden. Husband says “hey do you want to go to Home Depot to get that wood for the garden beds.” Cool I’m excited I’ve been wanting to get this done for awhile.

We get there and we’re picking out wood and I make 2 comments about how I don’t like how 2 pieces of wood look that he picked out. And he says if you’re going to be this picky then u can do this yourself.

I literally made 2 comments and mind you I’m the one paying for the wood.

I felt dismissed and like my opinion didn’t matter and if I wanted to have an opinion then I need to do it myself. Like what?

It was rude and not okay. Am I wrong? Am I overreacting?

He thinks it was fine that he said that.

My little one is struggling with sleep

Hey! I'm in need of some advice please girls! My little boy is 20 months turns 21 months in 2 half weeks. He use to sleep through the night now he is waking up every single night in the early morning, I've had to transition him to a toodler bed as he kept climbing out his cot. Just need some advice on what I can do to help him get back in to a sleep pattern?

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism
