Placenta previa?

Hey ladies!

I just had my 20 week anatomy scan in which they told me baby is fine however my
Placenta is sitting low. They made me go to tue washroom and when i returned they scanned again and said that it wasnt fully covering the cervix, but to come back at 30 weeks to re check. Has anyone else had anything similar? Did it resolve on its own? Thanks for feedback!

Most placentas will move up and out of the way of the cervix by 30 weeks so please don’t be too concerned. Your placenta is designed to move out of the way, so I’m sure it will be fine.

My placenta is also quite low and only 1cm away from the exit when they like it to be at least 2 so I also have to go back around 30 weeks. My friend who is a midwife explained it to me as imagine putting a dot right a the end of a balloon by where you blow it up, as it getting bigger and bigger the dot moves further away. This is what happens to your placenta. As you get bigger your placenta moves further up! I’m glad she explained it to me like this because it made me feel much better! 🥰

I had placenta previa my first pregnancy and by 30 weeks it’s had moved up! It’s very common try not to worry!

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

Worth the wait and pain. Baby girl arrived at 7:15 this am weighing 7lbs 6oz. She is so calm and chill.

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !

Growth scan

So had my 28 week midwife appointment- all good but after measuring bump- I’m now waiting on a scan within a few days as bump is measuring small I’m not worried as I am guessing a tape measure is hardly accurate but
For anyone who has been in a similar position- what was the outcome after the scan? Was the baby on the smaller side ?
Was baby measuring normal?
