‘Not recorded’ blood results

Hello guys! I’ve received my first blood test results and my blood group/rhesus factor and antibodies are ‘not recorded’. All others are fine. Received a missed call from NHS today and noticed I now have an appointment on Monday on the badger notes app.

I’ve tried to call back and left a message with the midwife to call me as I’m waiting by the phone 😂. Concerned it might be HDFN/Rhesus news?

Also went to give blood for a blood test for genetic testing yesterday so the call could be regarding that - not viable or that they’ve received it etc.

I guess what I’m asking is has anyone had there tests not recorded and been fine? Or is it a sign that something could be wrong that I need to be told in person. I’m a big worrier.

Hii mine were also on the 11th and I got them on the 19th. Midwife did tell me they could take up to two weeks x

yes it did, I checked every morning!

I got a text a couple of days after my bloods from my GP saying my iron levels were low and they had prescribed me some iron tablets, so could be something similar to that??
My bloods were taken on the 8th Sept and the Badger Notes app still hasn't updated with ANY of my blood results 😂

This happened to me and it was because they dropped the sample and had to do it again 😒

I had the same issue, my blood results still aren’t showing on badger notes, I had mine done on the 31/8/23. I have since had a letter through the post with the rhesus factor on there stating I am rhesus negative with some information and a little card, this came with the letter for my dating scan xx

Hi there. My midwife informed me they sometimes need to redo bloods if results came back inconclusive or in rare circumstances occasionally issues happen with samples. It might just be something like that

Badgers App?

it’s called badger notes and it’s the app the midwife’s use to update all your pregnancy notes. I’m based in Lancashire I think most hospitals and things use it. It’s bright pink and has a face of a badger on the logo x

Thank you everyone! Turns out it the blood was rejected as they didn’t like how my midwife labelled it 😂 I’m such a worrier, but you’ve all made me feel better about future test etc! Thank you xx

It's common for labs to reject blood due to incorrect/illegible labels or insufficient samples, so we have to redo it. X

Small head reported following 20 week scan

Has anyone else had it flagged that their baby is in the bottom 5th percentile for head size?

They said everything was fine whilst we were in the scan and then I got a phone call the next day saying that it’s on the small side and we’re being referred to a paediatric specialist at St George’s. Has anyone else had this and how did things go??

Would you bring 9 week old to a family party of 35+ people?

These are also people who will want to pass the baby around and get a turn to hold him. He just got his 2 month shots two days ago

Exercise 6 weeks after c section

What movement did people start to introduce? I won’t do anything too vigorous until I’ve seen the pelvic physio as I don’t want to compromise anything that may have been extremely weakened through pregnancy! But just wondering what types of classes/movement people started off with?

Is this normal??

I’m 29 weeks pregnant and having really aching legs and they’re all lumpy and swollen. Above the knee and behind the knee . Should I be worried ? My legs have never looked like this up until a few days ago. ??
