Really struggling with not only body issues but also just feeling disassociated with the person I was pre baby. When I look back at old pictures I feel like I’m looking at someone completely different. I’ve done extremely well post partum, happy, and have the sweetest baby but not sure why I’m dealing with this now. Since most of my friends don’t have kids I feel like I can’t really vent to them and they understand.

I've felt the same way and have had to have reminders that I can gain back wise was in many ways and in other *build better* even if it's *different* than before. This has happened and is still happening simultaneously for me through God via prayer, studying and reading the word of God, and the community of people around me.
I have great family members who support me and some of the newest people in my life came through a community connected to a life-&-biz coach that helps you through everything from every angle. I'm blessed to have found them **especially** at this time.
I've recently begun to restart certain healing things to help re-jumpstart my healing from the inside-out. I look at others who have done what I'd like to accomplish and tell myself I can do that and more if I want to.
I very much understand and I promise you'll come right out of this as you embrace who you are to be *now*, that bigger, badder, bolder Mama-jamma POST-baybay! 💙💙💙💐💐💐💐🎊🎉🎊🎊🎉🎉🔥🔥🔥🙌🏽
Thank you so much for the kind words!

You're SO welcome! No matter what *new* you *get to* embrace along with what *you choose to reignite*, YOU ARE THAT girl/chick/woman remember that!
Whatever you can do/practice that reconnects you, even if at a different pace or from a different space, etc that you enjoyed before, go for it as long as it's healthy, healing, and is good for you. 💙🙌🏽
