Yooo this “lower back pain” is actually like my booty bone and it HURTS. I googled it and it said because your tailbone is literally moving due to it being like right behind your uterus/pelvis and baby is growing. They tell you sleeping on your left side is best so I do it but like .. that left side tail bone/lower back area is done for. I can’t bend, I can’t snap, I can’t do anything lol. SEND HELP PLS. 😭😭

I need help too! 15 weeks and jeez I don’t want to believe it’s gonna get worse than that 😭 I can barely walk and lower back pain is real

I’m starting to get that too , and I sit at my job for 12 hours , so hopefully it doesn’t get any worse. I really thought the pregnancy waddle was bc of the stomach, oooh no it’s definitely bc our hips and back are stretching to the heavens.

I'm 15 weeks too and not having tailbone issues ... yet. My left side just goes numb constantly. Randomly throughout the day and then when I'm sleeping. And I can't lay on my right side because well they say you're not supposed to but also I can't because it feels like my uterus is a brick trying to fall, even with support.

It feels so validating to hear someone else bring this up! This has been one of my worst symptoms since about week 10. I’m 14 weeks now and still feeling it. I just ordered a coccyx pillow to sit on (hoping it helps) and sitting right on top of a heating pad helps a little bit

I am at 16 weeks and I have had similar issues with pain in my tail bone around 13/14 weeks. I have a sitting job so definitely that adds to the pain. I have started getting up and walking more. The other thing that has helped me is prenatal yoga stretches. Just make sure you are not putting pressure on your abdomen with any yoga movements. Hope this helps!
