Question for Exclusively pumping mamas

I pump 3 times a day. When I wake up, middle of day and when I go to bed.
My first pump in the morning I average 12 to 15 oz.
My second pump I average 8 to 10 ozs. My last pump I average 10 to 11 Oz's.

I think I put more than she needs right now so I put some in the freezer for later.

Breastmilk will still be babes main source of nutrients, despite introducing food. I pump 4 times a day, 6AM, 11AM, 4PM & 9PM. I nurse throughout the night, if I didn’t do that I’d pump at some point at night, maybe midnight. I have an over supply that I’m working to decrease. Right now, I turn the pump off once I get 12oz.

I’m on same boat, I pump 6 times and I get around 14-15 oz

I pump 4-5x a day, my supply has definitely gone down, now each time varies between 4-10oz depending on the time of day. I’ve had to dip into my frozen supply that I built up when babe was a lot younger.
You pump as much as you want to pump. There’s no right answer!
Solids at 6 months isn’t a meal, it’s just introducing textures and tastes, etc. so they should be having more or less the same before solids.

I pump 4 to 5 times a day. Minimum 4. When i have the energy, I do an early morning one (3am) or very late one 11h30pm. I usually get between 3onz to 6oz pumping 18 minutes on both breasts at the same time. I keep on taking fenouil greek and I also BF him at 6pm every day. That helps to maintain my production. When I dont have enough milk, I complement with formula. Usually is okay. I have introduced solids, so baby is getting about 4 oz every 3 hours aprox. And in between we give him solids. Only twice a day. Sometimes only once.
