I was told in my 20 weeks scan that the baby’s growth is on lower side. I have been having scans since then and today they told me that the baby’s AC isn’t growing since my last scan. They put me on steroids, 2 shots for 24 hrs and monitoring the movement. Plus they might deliver the baby earlier aswell.
Anyone know what happens next? How early the baby could be delivered? I don’t want it to be before 35 weeks 😪

Unless they have significant concerns and baby is in distress, it's unlikely that they would induce labour or deliver baby before 35 weeks. They'll likely continue to monitor you until something changes or they have increasing concerns with baby.

The fact that they gave you steroids is good. It will help baby's lungs be more prepared if you do end up delivering early.

This is happening to me too. Found out at 33w we were only in the 7th percentile. At 36w, dropped to 2nd, so they’re inducing me next Saturday at 37w4d. I didn’t need the steroids since I was a little further along, but I have been getting weekly non-stress tests to make sure baby’s not in distress. It’s been very scary and stressful, BUT everything I’ve read about this (fetal growth restriction AKA FGR) has positive outcomes. They’ll just keep a closer eye on baby and try to get you as close to full term as possible before inducing. You’re not alone, mama!!
