So I am 6+3 and my symptoms so far are sore lower back, fatigue, and mild constipation. What's everybody else dealing with and what are some of your best remedies? I think that eating more apples has helped a bit with the constipation and fatigue. I also have been using a magnesium spray and I think it helps a bit with the sore back. I have had just a tiny bit of nausea so far and I think I've been doing this well, because I eat a high protein breakfast.
