One of my favorite things to eat is salad but I hear it’s a risk for pregnant women especially if it’s pre packaged. I haven’t been eating them as much while pregnant. Anybody else on the fence about salads? I’m craving one right now and wanted to get Olive Garden salad lol

I havent been in the mood for salad but I swear they’re the reason I got pregnant. I think if you’re eating something along with it you should be fine, there’s soooo many nutrients in leafy greens! I’m finally getting back into my salad phase cuz I’m craving them again. It’s good to listen to your body and try to get the most organic produce

Nope eat them all the time.

Ugh olive garden salad sounds so good my restaurant closed gotta see if they’re back open lol

I think as long as you trust the restaurant you should be fine. The warning comes since listeria outbreaks happen with lettuce that wasn't washed properly or stored properly I think (surprisingly more common than other food items they prohibit during pregnancy)
If you're going to a reputable restaurant and you trust their hygiene practice then go for it! There's already so many things we're not allowed to eat during pregnancy and salads are so healthy for you!!

If you want to have the salad kn the bag eat in more ration but if I were you I would just make my own salads
W fresh lettuce romaine and e etching else

I have chosen to stay away from salad buffets- other than that I try not to worry.
