Feeling so isolated

Hi Ladies, Does anyone else feel lonely and isolated? It doesn't help that this is hopefully our rainbow baby after losing our son at 20 weeks gestation last year and also now waiting for a re-scan as measured around 5.5 weeks with yolk sac but no heartbeat when I was expecting to be around 7 weeks. I work from home in a job I've been in for under a year and it's a very stressful, chaotic small company. No close colleagues etc. I've not been seeing many people, and have backed out of a few meals/receptions, drinks etc so I don't have the interrogation of why I'm not drinking (I'm usually the wino of the groups 🤣) I've had a few friends message me lovely quotes and poems etc, as it's a year since we lost the baby and I'm struggling with replies as I just want to talk to people about what's happening, but can't bear to tell anybody be yet. Only my partner knows. It's so lonely and nerve wracking. My anxiety is so high. Anyway. Enough whining from me!! 🤣💗

Aw hope you start to feel better soon, stay positive 🤍🤞🏼 This is why we made the decision to open up and tell some of our immediate family and close friends. Because whatever may or may not happen, they’d be the people I want support from regardless 🙏🏼 xx

It’s difficult especially when you work from home. I gave up work to support my son because of his needs and I since being pregnant and feeling awfully sick everyday I’m feeling isolated as well but hopefully this app will help you build friendships xxx

Where do you live? I am happy to have a tea with you if you want (:
