Not long because my baby loves to cry most his life lol

It really depends on her mood! She's usually happiest playing by herself in the morning and will play for like 20 minutes, but then other times she cries the second she can't see you

We had a longest independent play the other day and it was exactly 20 minutes 👏🏼 baby girl doesn't usually like playing by herself, definitely prefers that interaction or acknowledgement. The other day I gathered a bunch of loose parts in a basket, with all different textures (pine cone, washer, Christmas ornament, loofah, tassel, shell, wooden spoon, silicone mould) and presented her with the tray. It was amazing to watch her investigate and explore each item, going back over and over to particular ones. She didn't need any assistance or comfort, I just watched her the whole time in amazement 😍

Each baby is going to be different so will be hard to gauge what is correct and not correct! Develops over time at different rates

Our little one loves to play by herself / usually can get 30-45 mins. But say 3 weeks ago was only around 15-20 mins

Bubs plays 40min on the floor crawling around playing with toys
Then in the jumper for a bit then back on the floor

Sleeping bag

8 week old in sleeping bag for first time as big enough! Do you feed your child in the night whilst in the sleeping bag or taken them out, feed then transfer back to sleeping bag before putting down?

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

My little one is struggling with sleep

Hey! I'm in need of some advice please girls! My little boy is 20 months turns 21 months in 2 half weeks. He use to sleep through the night now he is waking up every single night in the early morning, I've had to transition him to a toodler bed as he kept climbing out his cot. Just need some advice on what I can do to help him get back in to a sleep pattern?

Am I wrong?

I’ve been wanting to add more garden beds to my garden. Husband says “hey do you want to go to Home Depot to get that wood for the garden beds.” Cool I’m excited I’ve been wanting to get this done for awhile.

We get there and we’re picking out wood and I make 2 comments about how I don’t like how 2 pieces of wood look that he picked out. And he says if you’re going to be this picky then u can do this yourself.

I literally made 2 comments and mind you I’m the one paying for the wood.

I felt dismissed and like my opinion didn’t matter and if I wanted to have an opinion then I need to do it myself. Like what?

It was rude and not okay. Am I wrong? Am I overreacting?

He thinks it was fine that he said that.

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism
