So I was told on Wednesday that I would be booked in for an induction on Saturday (today). Not given any time or anything.
Anyone else who is having or had an induction, do they just call you? Should I call them to check? What is the latest in the day that I would expect to be called?
I hate waiting by the phone would rather have a rough time/be told its being delayed, than to just have no clue at all.

I didn’t get told a time, I was given an induction letter with a number on and was told to ring the number at 8am on Tuesday morning, I’d probably give them a ring to see if you were booked in

I was given the day and time for my induction. Not sure what is the process overall, but I would call to check

I’m booked in for Monday and they’ve told me to call at 7am to see if there’s a bed available. Give them a call!

I have a time and date. Each hospital does things differently depending on bed capacity, and I suppose now with the Dr's strike next week.

Called them just now, turns out it's to get my waters broke and I'm on a form of wait list and they will call whenever there is availability (day or night). Kinda glad I called, pregnancy brain has me fully convinced I has imagined the whole thing 😅

I’m booked for an induction on 10th and was told to expect a call on the day with a time to come in.
As it’s fairly late in the day now I would give them a call ☺️

They don’t give a time and just call when they have a bed etc because obviously spontaneous labours and emergencies can occur and this will limit the amount of beds they can use as inductions will take longer etc
