9 days PP - C Section - Heavier bleeding

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone experienced heavier bleeding after c-section? I'm 9 days PP and my bleeding was getting lighter, it's been a few days now and my bleeding has become heavier. In all fairness, I have been doing more around the house (within limits) and going food shopping with my partner, but not overdoing it, I've heard this can increase bleeding.

Any other experienced or advice would be great, just need to know if it's normal or not. No clots from what I've seen so far.

Really embarrassing!
I'm a first time mummy at 35, she's 16 month and everytime I sneeze or cough I lose control of my bladder and pee a little 😔, I've had countless utis since having her aswell! Will it get better? Or do I need to invest in panty liners? 😆

Random but when you use a vibrator do you need to hold your lips open for it to touch the bean ?

It gets annoying because even if I open my legs I still need to hold the lips open to touch the bean and I have to do it the entire time my lips are literally sealed closed 🤣
