I've been down lately, just a little bit tho. But today even though I just wanted to lay in bed I took the liberty to force myself to go outside and play with my son. We used his remote control cars and had a great time crashing into each other, laughing and just having such innocent fun.
And I took a moment to realize what a blessing the little things are. We must intentionally look at the glass half full. Even when we only notice it half empty.

I was feeling really low this morning after dropping my daughter off at school & then she goes to her father's today for 2 days.
And I just broke down after I got back home and was getting ready for work.
I was crying non-stop.
I decided to do a joe dispenza meditation for 20min...tears going down my face still.
After 20mins was over. I felt refreshed & light 💛
We're emotional beings.
Sometimes we need a good cry to let those emotions out that are stuck within.
And we need some way to process them and regulate our nervous system.
If you need to Cry....don't hold it in and just cry, let it out.
Listen to music. Meditate. Pray. Jump up and down. Dance. Go for a walk. Go to the park.
Make yourself some tea.
And tell yourself that you love yourself and you're doing a good job 💛
Give yourself the pep talk. Encourage yourself.
Don't neglect taking care of you.
You're all you have at the end of this life.
We need to make sure our relationship with ourselves is flourishing...everything else will align.
