I am breastfeeding but my supply seems to not satisfy my 7 week old from around 4pm. I’ve been expressing and giving her the bottle during those hours, whilst also pumping for stimulation. So far sadly my supply hasn’t picked up. 😔 I have plenty of milk during the rest of the day hours but afternoons and early evenings are always low. I’m wondering how other BF mamas are doing it. Any tips would be appreciated ❤️

I've just got mine up (I'm almost 7 weeks pp). I have been eating foods good for milk supply, drinking a herbal tea for it called hotmama. And powerpumped for 2 days

What makes you think your supply is low at these times? I don't think that's how supply works with breasts but I could be wrong. It's a typical cluster feeding / fussy time of day of young babies. The only thing that will really increase supply is putting baby on the breast frequently.

I'm sure they're prime cluster feeding hours. I had to stop BF my boy but I did some research on it. Pumping isn't an indication of how much baby can get from you but you do need to pump for any "missed feeds" - when you feed baby from a bottle xx
