Next time you make it I recommend a white gravy … if that’s your vibe .. I add alittle white sharp cheddar to the sauces OMG … that broccoli looks sooo … look at the crisp of the steak .. OMGGGG 🤤

Melt about 2 TBS of salted butter in a pan til it browns sprinkle in your flour … remember the whole time to stir stir stir let it combine for a while and kill off the flour flavor .. HEAVY cream … light salt heavy on the black and white pepper .. generous with garlic powder smoked paprika some adobo … parsley let it cook for a couple minutes remove from heat then add just a bit of shredded x sharp white cheddar … it’s a bold flavor you just need a bit … ugh .. but I’m a white gravy gal … some folk just don’t lol my husband prefers brown as well
