My little one is 8 weeks on Friday, the last few days or so we can’t seem to go longer than 3 hours between a feed through the night.
In the day he will go longer stretches of 4 hours and finish a 150ml bottle.
We were getting some 5/close to 6, hour stretches a week ago so feels frustrating to be regressing!
Any ideas on what could help? Or is he just too young for me to be stressing about this now? 😵💫

i’m not sure if this works we haven’t tried myself yet, but i saw someone say they weren’t letting their little one go over 3 hours in the day and they were sleeping longer at night, because they are more full up from the day so i’m gonna try this myself as we are in the same boat, lucky to get a 4 hour stretch at night time x

Have they had their jabs recently? I know after both my son and daughter had them it made them both want more milk for a few days and then settled again.
It could also be that your baby is having a growth spurt and so is feeding more often. Usually once they're through it they revert back to how they fed before. X

We let our little one nap until around 6:30-7 and put her down at around 8:30-9 and she’s been sleeping for around 6 hours through the night!
Also my little one turns 8 weeks on Friday too! Sharing a birthday 🩷

he hasn’t had them yet no so that still to look forward to 😅

oh lovely! 🥰 if only they shared sleeping patterns also 😂
