The hospital just to get some answers faster. They'll do an ultrasound and check heartbeat. If there's concern they should move you to the OB floor for further fetal monitoring. Have you tried anything you've noticed made baby move prior to them slowing down? Cold water and sugary drinks are often what they suggest to try and get baby active, if those haven't/don't work that's not necessarily reason for concern but I definitely suggest you go. My daughter was doing the same a few weeks ago and gave us quite the scare, just turned out she was messing around and the ultrasound bothered her into moving regularly again.

I would say go to the hospital. Labor and delivery to be specific. If you can call them first I would try that. I went in to my appointment yesterday with reduced movement and they sent me straight to L&D to be monitored. But they said next time call to see if there’s something they can help with over the phone. We are having a rise in covid cases and now the flu. Wishing you and baby luck🙏🏾🫶🏾

Hospital. You're far enough along that you can go right to labor and delivery and they'll check you instead of going to the ER.

My OB office has same equipment as the hospital for monitoring & ultrasound machinery so if her office is open she tells me come in but if it’s after hours then go to L&D at hospital.
You’ll know if your doctor has the equipment or not meaning if they have u come there to there office for NST testing you can go there but if they send you elsewhere for your testing then go to hospital since they don’t have what you need in office

If you are very close to due date it could be pretty normal but if still weeks away, drink something very cold to see if that ups the baby’s activity. Never just wait it out though, always better to be checked than the alternative.

U should go go to easy ur anxiety, my baby wasn’t moving for a couple days and they told me she was just sleeping during the day and she would move during the night, I checked also with a Doppler machine and she was doing perfectly fine, u should drink cold water and see if ur baby moves more
