Mucus plug

Losing your mucus plug is not necessarily an indication of labor. How far along are you ?

I've lost it many times. Nothing to worry about.

It will regenerate but be aware and look out for bloody show or signs of labor but usually it’s normal and sheds over times for refreshing of area.

It’s all good. I would still go in for a check, but usually by 32 weeks your body begins to prep for labor. I was 2cm for 5 weeks starting at 37 weeks. My daughter was born at 39 weeks. Sometimes your body just does what it needs to. Watch for any signs of premature labor, but most times it’s nothing huge.
