Yes!! Last night, woke me up! Thought I was going to have to get up and stretch out 😮💨😂

I couldn’t even get out the bed last night it was so painful. Thought I was going into labour it was so painful 🤣

Yes! It’s the worst feeling omg😭

Only once or twice a week the past few weeks but my goddd they hurt 😮💨 literally woke up screaming the first time it happened think my husband thought I was dying 😂

Yes all the time not just at night! In my feet too 😫

Yes! Sometimes I can catch it but the other night was the worst I've ever had it and just weebled around squeaking! Stretching is definitely helpful...when I remember

Yes!! Was awful, only seems to be one leg tho? My left??? I wore compression socks all day yesterday to try and ease. Will definitely try stretching before bed!

Yes!!! Awful. My midwife said to get up and stand on my tiptoes to stretch out. Or stay lying down and pull your toes up towards your shins- that stops it for me :)

Yes, since the beginning of pregnancy. It's horrible

Pull your toes up and put your heals down and that stretches it out quickly

Yes, it’s horrible :(

Yesssss

Yes!! I've heard taking magnesium supplements can help reduce them. Anecdotally, I seem to have fewer cramps on nights where I've taken my Pregnacare Max vitamins before bed, so maybe there's something to that theory. No idea what the mechanism of action would be for it though

I think mine is due to a lack of salt. I try to stretch regularly and have started treating myself to crisps 😂
