I was prescribed orlistat a couple months before I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd. They told me if I eat too much fat ill basically be on the toilet.. I was actually fine, it was when I stopped taking them that I had the effects.. I was literally in town running to the toilet because I couldn't hold š¬ x

what did u told the doctor if u don't mind me asking. I just need to feel myself again:(

do you have experience with it? And which one it is as I tried to search for it.
Thank you x

I'm actually under endocrinology as my hormones are TERRIBLE! Plus I have pcos. I struggled so much with my weight that he just gave them to me in the end š¤¦āāļø.. id suggest mentioning to your gp that you are struggling to lose weight and get your bloods checked, then go from there x

thank you š

thank you. Will speak to my gp on Monday x

it's a shame as I can't get it in UK.

Have you tried tracking what you eat, being in a a calorie deficit and moving more? As thatās the best way to lose weight, more of a lifestyle change than quick fix

I took Orlistat several years ago. It helped me to lose about 7 stone, but I was calorie counting and exercising alongside it.
