I was prescribed orlistat a couple months before I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd. They told me if I eat too much fat ill basically be on the toilet.. I was actually fine, it was when I stopped taking them that I had the effects.. I was literally in town running to the toilet because I couldn't hold 😬 x

I'm actually under endocrinology as my hormones are TERRIBLE! Plus I have pcos. I struggled so much with my weight that he just gave them to me in the end šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø.. id suggest mentioning to your gp that you are struggling to lose weight and get your bloods checked, then go from there x

Have you tried tracking what you eat, being in a a calorie deficit and moving more? As that’s the best way to lose weight, more of a lifestyle change than quick fix

I took Orlistat several years ago. It helped me to lose about 7 stone, but I was calorie counting and exercising alongside it.

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Little girl turning herself sideways in next to me

My little girl tonight, has spun herself so she is lying sideways in her next to me, making me panic!

Is this normal at 4.5 months, do I just lie her back normally/vertically?

Labour??

I’ve had on/off mild period cramps since 9 last night, very irregular and very mild, but I just had one that woke me up. My waters haven’t gone and nor has my mucous plug… but could this be a sign that it’s close?! I’m 40+3 and desperate to meet her!

Caffeine addiction suuucks. (Coffee)

I'm off of literally everything. Don't smoke, no medicine, don't drink except VERY rare occasion, nothing. I drink a large coffee everyday (usually mcdonalds or 7 brew)... or a couple cups of coffee at home if I don't get out. Today I had neither and I was OUT FOR THE COUNT. Awful headache, no motivation, throwing up. Then I drink coffee and it's instantly better. šŸ™ƒ coffee is one hell of a drug I tell ya.

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?
