LO is 16 months and I've always been so on top of her sleep, knowing exactly how much day sleep and night sleep she needs, when to cut back on naps etc.
The last few weeks she's been waking at 5/5.30 pretty much every morning, but then gets tired and cranky before her usual nap time.
Her routine:
Wake 5/5.30 (used to be 6.30)
Brekkie 6.30
Morning tea 9/9.30
Lunch 11.30
Nap 12/12.30 - 2/2.30
(Usually naps 1.5-2hrs)
Bed 7
Has also been fighting sleep at bed time, even though she's tired. She has been teething on and off, but has been teething for months, as she only just cut her first tooth at 11 months and it's barely affected her sleep in the past.
The day time routine is exactly the same at childcare as well. Anyone have any ideas as to why she's waking so early?
